By combining his years of practice experience with his passion for elevating chiropractors towards greatness, he has created GAP Coaching Methods.
GAP Coaching is a revolutionary model for teaching and training chiropractors and their teams to communicate with certainty.

Dr. David Fletcher is recognized as a leading authority in telling the chiropractic story through the use of neural scanning and invitational language.

GAP stands for the Greatness Action Plan. Dr. Fletcher believes that it’s time for Chiropractors to be great again. Being good in practice is fine but what makes chiropractors great? The answer can be found in one simple word…CERTAINTY.  Certainty in the power of a chiropractic care plan.  Certainty in a doctor’s  communication and reporting .  Certainty in developing a world class team. Certainty in one’s greatness. Transforming from good to great needs a greatness action plan and a coach to keep stretching the boundaries.

The GAP between good and great is not as wide as you may think.  Dr. Fletcher has created teaching and training templates that can be used by any office.  The “20-80 “Practice Model converts a traditional back care practice into a family and community wellness center.

Individual coaching ensures the Greatness Action Plan’s success.   With nearly thirty years of practice experience and over two decades of coaching some of the most exciting practices on the planet, Dr. Fletcher excels in bringing out the greatness in chiropractors. He blends his vast practice experience in developing high volume, low stress practices with his training in the esteemed  CoachU program.

The “20-80 Practice” is a template that any doctor can use to create a wellness practice in their community.  Traditional practices are front end loaded.  80% of patients drop out after a short course of pain-based care while only 20% drop in for maintenance or prevention.

The “20-80 Practice “is a complete reversal of this trend. Long term patients , focused on life and wellness, make up 80% of the practice with the other 20% learning to get there.

In the 20-80 Practice Model, clients learn the simple power of the “ABC’S” of office procedures. Appointments, Booking, Collections and Synergy are the foundations for a high volume, low overhead, subluxation-centered, cash practice.  The evolutionary, “Path to Wellness” Care Plan allows the doctor to set realistic and measurable goals for patients as they transition from pain to wellness.

Coaching clients are taught to shift their style of communication away from relief care towards release care where subluxation patterns are unwound rather than a bone being snapped into place. The power of adjusting the tone of the nervous system rather than only treating a spinal condition becomes the focus in the office.

Doctors and staff are shown how to master the “Critical Shift” necessary in Day1 and Day 2 procedures where exceptional examinations are combined with clinical and financial reporting .

Future Vision

Dr. Fletcher believes that chiropractors need to assert their greatness.  A great practice is a reflection of the certainty that chiropractic changes lives and that chiropractors are committed to making their lives great as well. The future chiropractor will invite people into wellness by using today’s technologies linked to the timeless principles of healing.
