1.    Adopt the Nerve First approach.

2.    Make Insight Scanning the hub of your practice.

•    Clinical decisions, reporting and marketing all flow from the data that the scans collect.  Wellness is no longer a myth but a visual reality.

3.    Implement “ 20-80 Practice” procedures.

•    Learn the ABC’s of practice flow:  Appointments, Bookings, Collections and Synergy.

4.    Develop Care Plans using the “Rule of 8.”

•    Make all plans relevant by scheduling exam to exam protocols. Identify outcomes spanning days, weeks and months of change.  Report the changes in neural patterns.

5.    Master the “ Critical Shift.”

•    Day 1,2 procedures and communications are critical in shifting the patient’s perspective away from back care towards wellness care. This is the opportunity to develop trust through “aware care vs. “scare care.”

6.    Focus on progress exams  and reports.

•    Patients want guidance and progress updates.  Be passionate about using progress and comparative reports to reconnect with the power of change and the adjustment.

7.    Educate and Inspire the families of your community.

•    Shifting towards wellness takes patience and a commitment to educate the community.  Market the message of changing stressful lifestyles and chiropractic’s incredible success. Take the scanner to companies and to community groups. Share and grow!
